J.A. Pintozzi is a seasoned technical educator and manufacturing professional with over 30 years of experience in Conventional Machining, CNC machining, industrial drafting, and GD&T. With a background that spans both the classroom and the shop floor, J.A. Pintozzi has trained hundreds of apprentices, high school students, and college learners in the essential skills of interpreting mechanical drawings, CNC and conventional machining operations and applying them in real-world fabrication and machining environments.

 Having worked alongside engineers, machinists, and manufacturers in diverse sectors—including aerospace, automotive, and precision tooling—J.A. Pintozzi understands what today’s learners need to succeed in fast-paced, technology-driven trades. Their passion lies in making complex technical concepts accessible, practical, and job-ready.

 J.A. Pintozzi is also proficient in leading CAD/CAM tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Mastercam, and has developed curriculum and instructional resources for trade schools, community colleges, and industry certification programs. Through his books and future resources, J.A. Pintozzi is committed to helping the next generation of tool makers, machinists, and technicians master the art of manufacturing.

 When not teaching or writing, J.A. Pintozzi enjoys mentoring aspiring tradespeople, staying current on advanced manufacturing technologies, and contributing to industry workforce development initiatives.
